All laccoffice.org email accounts have been moved to a new server effective January 30, 2007.  In order to pick up your laccoffice.org email account messages using Outlook, you must update your configuration by following the steps below:

1. In Outlook, click on the Tools menu, select the Email Accounts option.

 
2. Select "View or change existing e-mail accounts" to modify configuration of the existing laccoffice.org account.
 
3. Highlight the laccoffice.org email account and press the "Change" button.
 
4. The first change is in the basic configuration below.  The User Name must be the entire email address.  In the example below, it is Panama@laccoffice.org.
 
5. Next, click on the More Settings... button.  Then click on the Outgoing Server tab.  Put a check mark in the box "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication."  By default the radio button "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" is selected.
 
6. Press OK, then "Test Account Settings..."  All tests should complete successfully.  Press "Close".
 
7. Press Next, then Finished.
